Spring 09: Light & Airy

Oh so light and airy are the dresses seen on the Spring 2009 runways. Designers such as Donna Karan, Marchesa, Halston, and Armani showcased the looks. Here are a few of my favs from the runways shows. My favorite was the one-shouldered goddess-like cream Marchesa. It was perfection.

Whether going casual like LC or dressing up like Nicky Hilton, denim cutoffs are definitely in for Spring 2009.

Fashionista of the Month: February

Olivia Palermo is the "social" you love to hate on MTV's The City. She sticks to basics such as blazers and then adds statement jewelry such as her gold and black cocktail ring or bib necklace. Her go-to bag was actually a b-day present to herself, an Hermes Birkin! She favors her black patent YSL Tribute Sandals.
